I work through a consultative process that is thoughtful, collaborative, and effective both virtually and in person.
I begin by listening closely and gathering a full picture of what you’re experiencing — physically, emotionally, and overtime. Everything you share is information that helps guide the work.
Rather than focusing on diagnoses alone, I look for patterns across the whole system: symptoms, history, timing, stress load, and how things shift over time.
I explain what I’m seeing and why certain approaches make sense, so you understand the process rather than being handed recommendations without context.
From there, I develop a best-fit strategy based on how your system is presenting now. We observe response together, track changes, and make thoughtful adjustments as needed.
This is steady, ongoing consultative care — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
I came to homeopathy through my own health journey, during a long period of stress, weight challenges, and hormonal imbalance.
What made the difference wasn’t just lab results. It was working with someone who truly listened — who cared about how I actually felt, not just whether my numbers were within range.
Homeopathy took that one step further. It supported not only physical symptoms, but long-standing stress patterns, resilience, and how my system responded as a whole. That experience changed my life and eventually led me to study classical homeopathy myself.
I trained through the Prometheus Homeopathic Institute, completing a full classical homeopathy program. I continue to deepen my clinical understanding through ongoing study and practice.
• I value lived experience as much as any test result
• I look for patterns, not labels
• I explain my thinking and welcome questions
• I track response carefully and adjust when needed
• I take responsibility for the process
Clients often tell me they feel heard, steadier, and more confident — not because of promises, but because things finally start to make sense.

That mix may be unusual — but it’s exactly what allows me to bridge logic, intuition, and practical care.
I’m a classical homeopath who listens carefully and approaches health with both a systems mind and a human heart.
I work with people who know something isn’t right, even when they’ve been told everything looks “fine.” Together, we look for patterns so healing can move forward — thoughtfully, steadily, and without judgment.
“I worked with Colleen for chronic migraines — I struggled with for over 30 years, including headaches that lasted for weeks. From the first remedy, I experienced relief, and over time my migraines have reduced to occasional, mild headaches that pass within hours. Homeopathy has been a complete game changer for me, and Colleen is exceptional to work with.”

“I had never tried homeopathy before and was honestly very skeptical. What made the difference was Colleen. She listens deeply — without rushing and without judgment.
When I first came to her, I was struggling through perimenopause and felt overwhelmed, reactive, and unlike myself. Colleen took the time to understand what I had been experiencing and helped me make sense of what my system needed.
Over time, I felt more grounded, more balanced, and better able to respond instead of react. I’m grateful I took the chance to work with her — the shifts have been real, and I didn’t know things could feel this steady again.”

I live on Lake Superior with my husband and our two Airedale terriers, Mikko and Martta. I love being outside, walking, thinking, and breathing in wide open space.
I’m also a nana — a role that has a way of clarifying what really matters and deepening how I show up. I get a second chance.
Homeopathy asks for care, attention, and integrity. I bring those qualities into my work — and into life.
If you’re looking for thoughtful, grounded care with someone who listens, connects the dots, and approaches healing with respect and honesty, you’re very welcome here.
Healing works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and steady.
